You Know You're a Band Geek if . . .

You tend to march OUTSIDE of Band and Colorguard practice. . .

When Marching Band and Colorguard Season is over, you have withdrawls. . .

You try to recruit your "non" band friends into joining. . .

You get called a "Band Geek" and you simply smile and say "YEP". . .

If someone talks bad about the Band or Colorguard, you get defensive. . .

You can't wait until the next season, because you can't wait to teach the rookies. . .

You think of the Band and Colorguard as your second family. . .

You're afraid to anger the Colorguard. . .

You've been hit with a flag, on PURPOSE. . .

You're "non" Band friends have told you to stop talking about Marching Band. . .

You love to sing and dance in the stands. . .

The highlight of your school year is Marching Band and Colorguard Season. .

You understand the Band Director's jokes (ba dum dum duh). . .

You ask all the Band members what the next years theme will be so you can discuss costume and make-up ideas . . .

You get mad when the Colorguard room is a mess . . .

You want nothing more in life than to be Captain of your sqaud. . .

When you hear a song you've done a routine to you get ecstatic. . .

Every song becomes a possible flag routine. . .

You KNOW one more time does NOT mean one more time. . .

You find that you critique every parade or half time show you see. . .

You've left more bruises on Band members (especially drumline) and you're proud of it. . .

The blister's on your blisters don't hurt anymore. . .

You subconciously start practicing with a pencil. . .

You catch yourself doing air flag walking down the school hallway or IN your sleep. . .
